What is the minimum stay?
All of our furnished suites are booked on a monthly basis, with a minimum stay of 30 days or more. We specialize in longer stays rather than nightly or weekend bookings, which keeps rates fair and the neighbourhoods quiet.
Do you host travel nurses and medical professionals?
Yes. Travel nurses and medical professionals are among our most frequent guests. Both of our homes are just minutes from Greater Niagara General Hospital, so your commute stays short even on early or overnight shifts.
How close are you to the hospital?
Our View of the Skylon Tower home is about 4 minutes from Greater Niagara General Hospital, and our Gateway to Clifton Hill home is about 6 minutes away. Both are an easy, low-stress drive.
What is included in the rent?
Both homes include all utilities (hydro, water, and heat) plus Wi-Fi. Each home is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, in-house laundry, parking, and everything you need to settle in and start living from day one.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Let us know about your pet when you inquire and we will let you know what is possible for your dates and the home you are interested in.
How do I book?
Booking is direct and simple. Send us your dates through the inquiry form, by email, or by phone, and we will confirm availability with you personally. We do not use instant or automatic booking, and we do not list on third-party nightly platforms.
Do you provide invoices for reimbursement or corporate stays?
Yes. We are happy to provide invoices for corporate stays, relocations, and travel assignments so you can handle reimbursement or expense reporting without any hassle.
What furniture and amenities come with the home?
Each home comes fully furnished, including beds and bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes, in-house laundry, a living area with seating, and off-street parking. Our View of the Skylon Tower home sleeps 8 across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, parks 3 cars, and has a fully fenced backyard with a deck and BBQ. Our Gateway to Clifton Hill home sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, parks 2 to 3 cars, and has a back deck on a quiet court.
